Thought for Today: “Seeing God Anew”

We need to renew our vision of God if we’re going to survive the trial and temptations of this crazy sin-filled world we live in as we anxiously await the return of Jesus Christ.

We’ve been traveling down this highway of life for some time now, and to add to this, a new way of life that has been forced upon us by social media and the politics of our day, which are nothing less than Satan’s strategy to discourage and depress us into just throwing up our hands and quitting.

And if we don’t pull off this road were traveling upon, and refuel and refresh ourselves in the Lord, then we’ll end up on the side of the road empty and broken down.

What we need is a fresh view and vision of God’s greatness.

“Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power and the glory, the victory and the majesty; for all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and You are exalted as head overall.” (1 Chronicles 29:11)
