Thought For Today: “Christmas Means Change”

Discovering the true meaning of Christmas will require change.

“Being divinely warned in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed for their own country another way.” (Matthew 2:12)

After they found and worshiped the baby Jesus, the Magi couldn’t return the way they had come.

And once we meet Jesus, we will never be the same. An encounter with Jesus changes everything, including us.

That is what happened to the Magi when they met Christ; they were transformed. And that’s what happens when we meet Christ: we are transformed, and things become different.

So, this Christmas, let’s meet Christ and let Him transform our lives.
