Thought For Today: A Great Statement of Faith

“I could not go beyond the word of the Lord my God, to do less or more.” (Numbers 22:18)

Balaam understood the truth of God’s word, yet the desire of the heart ruled out in the end. But God intervened, and His will was accomplished.

We should always strive through the Spirit of God to never go outside the boundaries of God’s word and will. What is God’s word saying today? Don’t go beyond it. God might have to use a donkey to straighten us out.
