Thought for Today: “Surrounded by God’s Grace”

God surrounds us with His grace when we extend His grace to others.

The Apostle Paul said, “(God) comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.” (2 Corinthians 1:4)

God comforts us through the trials we face so that we can comfort others who are experiencing similar trials. Through these trials, we learn how to better care for others by understanding what they are going through. As a result, we become less judgmental and more loving.

Additionally, when we serve others’ needs, God ministers to us even more in return.

God surrounds us with His grace during life’s difficulties so that we can then help others work through their own trials.
