A Scripture and a Prayer: “All Things, Not Some”
“All things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28)
Prayer:
Lord, what a precious promise You have given. How You work all things, both the good and the bad we have done and that has been done to us, for Your good, and for the good of Your Kingdom. And the reason is because nothing we can do, even the good, is acceptable in Your Kingdom economy. Further, You say that without faith it is impossible to please You, and pleasing You is truly our ultimate desire and goal. So, thank you Lord for turning around whatever we do, and however we do it, for Your glory. Help us to move forward then by faith believing in this precious promise, and no longer live in guilt and shame. AMEN
