Thursday’s Scripture and a Prayer: “Our Deliverer”

“Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.” (Psalm 34:19)

Prayer:

Thank you, Lord, that You are near to those who are broken-hearted and who are crushed in spirit. Thank you, Lord, for your tender mercies that are new every morning, and because of Your care and mercy we give You all praise and glory, because we know that no matter what we are going through that You are there to comfort and bring peace through the trials and tribulations that come our way and deliver us. What a promise, and therefore, Lord, we give You thanks, and all the glory. AMEN
