A Scripture and a Prayer: “Better Than Expected”

“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.” (Ephesians 3:20)

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for Your exceedingly abundant promises that You have so graciously given to us, promises of abundant life, not only here on earth, but heaven once this life is over. Thank you for Your exceedingly great grace and mercy that gives to us Your righteousness and our salvation. And thank you for the greatest gift of them all, the gift of the Holy Spirit, who leads and guides us through this life through Your word which He inspired to be written down and that transforms us into the image of Jesus. Truly these are promises that are beyond us, and greater than anything we could on our own think of, ask for, or imagine. Therefore, we give you all thanks and glory in Jesus’s name. AMEN
