A Scripture and a Prayer: “God Is Enough 2”

“The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.” (Proverbs 18:10)

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, thank you for covering us with the righteousness of Your Son, Jesus. Thank you for being our strong tower and place of refuge. Teach us, therefore, to run to You, trusting in Your strength for whatever we need, especially when times are tough. Thank you for being there, keeping us close to You when we feel weak or in need of help and encouragement. Lord, You are truly enough for whatever we face in this life. Therefore, help us not to look to this world, but rather to keep our eyes and our focus squarely upon You. And this we ask in Jesus’s mighty name. AMEN
