Scripture and a Prayer: “Glorify God in the Challenges”

“We also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope.” (Romans 5:3-4)

Prayer:

Lord, realizing that trials and tribulations will be a part of this life, as Jesus pointed out, help us rejoice and give You glory for them, because our first response always tends to be to complain and blame. Therefore, help us realize the grace You give as You are producing through these trials, patience, which helps us develop a godlier character, which then gives us hope for whatever the future holds, because we can rejoice knowing that You Lord Jesus have overcome this world and the trials that come our way. And to this I say, “Thank You Lord.” AMEN
