God’s Tweet for Today: “God’s Love For Us”

“In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.” (1 John 4:9)

Prayer:

Lord help us to live in light of Your love for us, rather than in the lie of Satan that speaks of Your punishment and judgment. Let us realize that You loved us so much that You sent Your Son, Jesus Christ, into this sin infested world to rescue us from our sin infested lives. And let us realize that Jesus did this by dying upon the cross for us, by taking our place and dying the death we deserve, as You said that the wages of sin is death, but Your gift for us is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Help us, therefore, live in the light of Your love, not in Satan’s condemnation any longer. And this I ask in Jesus’s name. AMEN
