Thought For Today: “God’s Lesson Plan”

“Consider what God has done: who can straighten what he has made crooked?” (Ecclesiastes 7:13)

God often leads us on a path that makes no sense in order to get us going in the right direction. He does so because we’ve gotten ourselves off course, and to help us not revert is to allow us to learn a lesson we won’t forget.

“If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.” (John 13:17)

All our wisdom and power cannot change God’s work in our lives. Instead let’s see what God is doing and join in with Him so we don’t miss out on these valuable lessons, and then we’ll be on the path of God’s making instead of our own.

“Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, who walks in His ways.” (Psalm 128:1)
