A Scripture and a Prayer: “Will He Find Faith”

“When the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?” (Luke 18:8)

Prayer:

Jesus, these words cut deep. They truly are that sharp two-edged sword, dividing the soul and the spirit. Therefore, Lord, will you please help me be faithful to You and to Your word. Help me also be faithful to the calling You have placed upon my life. Jesus, You promised to return for Your bride, and so may I be found faithful as part of that bride, and may I be like those five virgins who were waiting, having their lanterns filled with the oil of the Holy Spirit, and lit, so that I can shine Your light to this sin darkened world until You return. And this I ask in Your name Lord Jesus. AMEN
