A Scripture and a Prayer: “God’s Eternal Work”

“Known to God from eternity are all His works.” (Acts 15:18) “For the word of the Lord is right, and all His work is done in truth.” (Psalm 33:4)

Prayer:

Lord, Your word is true, and its truth speaks to every generation and to every people group throughout the millenniums. Its truth is seen in prophecy, especially at this time of Christmas and how You foretold not only of Jesus’s coming, but also of His death and resurrection so that I can experience eternal life in heaven and in Your presence. Therefore, I praise Your holiness, righteousness, and faithfulness towards me, as Your word of promise is true, that You have raised me from the pit of destruction and seated me together with Christ, as Your word promises that all those who believe Jesus will never perish but have eternal life. AMEN
