A Scripture and a Prayer: “Focus On Jesus”

“Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.” (Hebrews 12:2)

Prayer

Lord, when I think of how You sent Your Son, Jesus, to endure the suffering and die upon the cross for me, may I never turn my back on Him, and keep Him forever as the main focus of my life. But even more, I want to thank you Father, for the grace and mercy you extended to me by Sending Jesus, and thank you Jesus, for loving me so much that You came and died for me. Therefore, I humbly ask that You help me keep my eyes upon Jesus and off everything else that seeks to distract from this great call. AMEN
