Thought for Today: “Satan’s Lies, God’s Remedy”

There are two lies Satan wants us to believe.

1) Just once won’t hurt.
2) Now that you have sinned you are beyond God’s use and might as well enjoy sinning.

But this sort of thinking doesn’t coincide with God’s word that says that where sin abounds God’s grace abounds more, and it is by grace we have been saved through faith, and that this is God’s gracious gift to us. (Romans 5:20b, Ephesians 2:8-9)

So, believe in God’s truth and love over Satan’s lies.
